How does Earth AI help community organisations?
Earth AI enables clubs, charities, churches, schools, and P&Cs to receive ongoing financial support from everyday spending at local businesses — without selling raffle tickets, chasing donations, or running fundraisers.
When supporters that have nominated their organiation shop at participating Earth AI businesses, a portion of the reward (Earth Points) is automatically allocated to their nominated organisation.
Does it cost our organisation anything to join?
No.
There are no setup fees, no subscriptions, and no ongoing costs for organisations.
Earth AI is completely free for not=for-profits:
- Clubs
- Charities
- Churches
- Schools
- P&Cs
Your organisation only receives benefits, never fees.
How does our organisation receive support?
Support is generated automatically when:
- A customer shops at an Earth AI business
- That customer can nominate your organisation in their App and stays aligned to that organisation until the supporter changes it
- Earth Points are gifted as part of the purchase
A portion of those Earth Points is allocated to your organisation and can be spent back within the Earth AI network.
No fundraising.
No administration.
No chasing people.
What are Earth Points and how do they work for organisations?
Earth Points are a digital rewards currency used across participating Earth AI businesses.
For organisations:
- Earth Points are received at market value
- Earth Points are redeemed at market value
- No points are discounted or devalued
- No organisation sets or controls the price
This ensures transparency and fairness for everyone involved.
What can our organisation use Earth Points for?
Earth Points can be spent with participating Earth AI businesses, including:
- Catering and food
- Fuel and transport
- Printing and signage
- Equipment and supplies
- Events and functions
- Local services
This allows organisations to reduce real operating costs, not just receive symbolic donations.
Do we receive cash or Earth Points?
Organisations receive Earth Points, not cash – but they can go to the exchange and sell their Earth Points and exchanging them for cash at the current market price at the time of exchange.
Organisations may convert Earth Points to local currency by joining a supported exchange and selling at the prevailing market price.
As with all regulated exchanges, organisations must complete identity verification (KYC/AML) and comply with government regulations before converting Earth Points to cash.
This structure:
- Keeps funds circulating locally
- Ensures money supports participating businesses
- Prevents misuse or misallocation
- Allows full transparency and tracking
Earth Points act as real spending power, not vouchers with expiry traps.
Do we need to manage databases, privacy, or technology?
No.
Earth Points manages:
- All customer data
- All security
- All messaging systems
- All privacy compliance
Your organisation never:
- Handles customer databases
- Sends marketing messages
- Shares personal information
- Takes privacy or cybersecurity risk
You simply receive the benefits.
Can we message supporters directly?
Yes we are working on a solution so the organisations have their own Apps — until then customers can nominate organisations that they want to hear from and the organisations can send messages as special offers via the BIZ App to the supporters App .
To comply with privacy laws:
- Organisations do not receive access to customer data
- Businesses do not receive access to supporter lists
- All messaging is handled by the Earth AI system
Messages are sent to obfuscated, permission-based audiences, ensuring:
- Full legal compliance
- No spam
- No data sharing between organisations
Can we choose which businesses we support or are linked with?
Yes.
Earth AI allows:
- Organisations to be linked to appropriate local businesses
- Removal of any businesses you do not wish to be associated with
- Alignment with your values and community standards
- You cannot tell your supporters which businesses they can shop at however
- The businesses do not donate the Earth Points to you, it is Earth AI that does that, as such you may receive Earth Points from any business your supporters spend money at if they have nominated your organisation.
You remain in control of who represents your organisation.
Is this a donation system?
Not exactly. But in a way it is as the customer nominated their preferred organisation. The business then pays Earth AI and Earth AI donates the money to your organisation rather than the customer or the business.
Earth AI is not a donation platform – but customers or businesses can donate their Earth Points to any organisation via the Apps.
It is a community commerce system.
Support comes from:
- Normal customer spending
- Business-funded rewards
- Automated loyalty and referrals
This creates ongoing, repeat support, not one-off donations.
Are there limits on how much support we can receive?
No fixed limits.
Support grows based on:
- How many supporters nominate your organisation
- How often they shop locally
- How many Earth AI businesses operate in your area
The more the community participates, the more businesses there are and the more supporters you have that nominate your organisation, the more support flows. So please help us to get more businesses and supporters into the system so you can earn more revenue.
Having said that we as a business are required to follow the law and as such must ensure the donations are not going to terrorist organisations, are part of a money laundering system (AML Legislation), or not going to a fraudulent organisation (Anti-Fraud Legislation) and we must comply with KYC (Know your Client Legislation) and as such we must conduct due diligence (DD) on every organisation and we increase the DD completed as donations thresholds increase. As such Earth AI can request further information and we reserve the right to terminate any donations or keep any organisation on the Apps as a potential donation recipient.
These requirements protect supporters, organisations, and the integrity of the Earth AI ecosystem.
Can Earth AI replace traditional fundraising?
For many organisations, yes — partially or entirely.
Earth AI:
- Reduces reliance on raffles and sausage sizzles
- Creates year-round funding
- Removes volunteer burnout
- Generates predictable, trackable support
Some organisations still fundraise — but with less pressure and less frequency.
Is this compliant with charity and school regulations?
Yes.
Earth AI is designed to:

- Maintain transparent tracking

It is suitable for:

Can we leave if we change our mind?

How does Earth AI support disaster relief events such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or humanitarian crises?
Earth AI supports disaster and emergency relief through the Rewards for Earth Foundation, which is designed to respond quickly when major events occur — including floods, bushfires, cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis, famines, and other humanitarian crises.
When a disaster event happens:
- The Rewards for Earth Foundation can nominate the event as an official Earth Points beneficiary
- Customers and businesses can redirect their nominated Earth Points donations to that specific disaster relief effort
- Clubs, churches, schools, and charities can encourage their members to support the relief effort simply by choosing it as their beneficiary
- Earth AI can enable dedicated pages and campaigns so supporters can clearly see where their Earth Points are being directed
If the Foundation already has sufficient funding available, it will begin mobilising support immediately, working with trusted on-the-ground partners and relief organisations to assist those in need as quickly and effectively as possible.
Because Earth Points are spent inside the Earth AI ecosystem, funds can be:
- Deployed rapidly
- Tracked transparently
- Directed toward real goods and services (food, fuel, accommodation, logistics, supplies)
This structure allows Earth AI and the Rewards for Earth Foundation to respond faster than traditional fundraising models, without waiting months for donations to be processed.
Importantly:
- No one is required to donate
- Support is entirely voluntary
- Contributors can redirect their beneficiary back to their usual club, school, or charity at any time
Earth AI turns everyday transactions into a ready-to-activate disaster response network, ensuring help can reach communities when it is needed most.
When a disaster event occurs, the Rewards for Earth Foundation may activate a dedicated beneficiary option so supporters can temporarily redirect their Earth Points to that relief effort.
If a supporter wants to support a school, they should nominate the school’s P&C as their beneficiary?
If you want to support a school, you should nominate the school’s P&C (Parents & Citizens Association) or official school fundraising body as your Earth Points beneficiary.

How do organisations convert Earth Points into cash?
Organisations receive Earth Points, not cash.
If an organisation wishes to convert Earth Points into local currency, they can do so by selling Earth Points on a supported exchange at the prevailing market price at the time of sale.
To do this, the organisation must:
- Open an account with a supported exchange
- Complete all identity verification (KYC) requirements
- Comply with government, financial, and regulatory obligations set by the exchange
This process is the same as for any regulated digital asset exchange and ensures:
- Compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) laws
- Protection against fraud or misuse
- Transparency and auditability of funds
Earth AI and the Rewards for Earth Foundation do not bypass or replace exchange regulations.
All conversions to cash occur within regulated exchange environments, not inside the Earth Points app.
Can organisations convert Earth Points into cash?
