Earth Points are digital reward points you earn when you shop at participating local businesses.
They work like loyalty points — but instead of being locked to one store, you can spend them across the Earth AI network.
Does it cost me anything to join Earth Points?
No.
Earth Points are free for customers. There are no membership fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden charges.
How do I earn Earth Points?
You earn Earth Points automatically when you buy from participating businesses:
• By paying with a registered debit or credit card
• Or when a business gifts Earth Points through their Earth Points BIZ App
If Earth Points are gifted on a transaction, you earn them instantly.
Do I need to ask for Earth Points?
No for Credit Debut card Purchase if your cards are registerd in the system .
If the business participates and you’re a member, Earth Points are gifted automatically on eligible purchases.
Yes if you are paying in cash or via direct deposit – some businesses may choose not gift Earth Points on these transactions however.
Can a business choose when to give me Earth Points?
No.
Businesses do not manually control individual Earth Point gifting.
Gifting happens automatically through the Earth Points system when conditions are met.
This prevents favouritism and ensures fairness for all customers.
Where can I spend my Earth Points?
You can spend Earth Points at:
• The business where you earned them
• Other participating Earth AI businesses
• Businesses supported by clubs, schools, churches, and charities in the network
This keeps spending local and circular.
Do Earth Points expire?
No expiry dates are applied under normal conditions. They actually expire in 10,000 years as that is condition imposed by the Australian government in that they need an expiry date.
Earth Points are designed to encourage ongoing local spending, not pressure or breakage.
What are Earth Points worth?
Earth Points are always gifted and redeemed at current market value.
That value is calculated using:
• The average price across supported exchanges, or
• The lowest verifiable exchange price (depending on methodology at the time)
This ensures:
• Fair value
• Transparency
• No manipulation
Can Earth Points go up or down in value?
Like any exchange-traded asset, Earth Points can fluctuate in value.
However:
• You are gifted and redeem points at market price
• You do not carry pricing risk from businesses
• Businesses do not control the value
The system is designed to be conservative and transparent.
Do I pay fees when using Earth Points?
No.
Customers do not pay fees to earn or redeem Earth Points.
Why do clubs, schools, churches, and charities benefit when I shop?
When Earth Points are gifted on a sale:
• Part goes to you
• Part goes to your chosen club, school, church, or charity
• Part supports environmental and humanitarian causes
Those points are then spent back at local businesses — strengthening the community.
Do I have to choose a club, school, or charity?
You can choose one if you wish, but it’s optional, if you do not choose one your optional points will go to the Rewards4Earth Foundation.
If you do choose one, your everyday spending helps support causes you care about — without costing you extra.
How does Earth AI protect my privacy?
Earth Points manages:
• All databases
• All security
• All messaging systems
Businesses do not receive your personal data unless you explicitly opt in.
This protects your privacy and complies with Australian privacy laws.
Will businesses spam me?
No.
Businesses:
• Cannot see your personal details
• Cannot access your data directly
• Can only send messages through the Earth AI system
Messages are designed to be thank-you rewards and VIP offers, not ads.
Why can businesses message customers from other businesses?
They don’t get access to customer lists.
Earth AI allows messages to be sent to:
• Anonymised
• Permission-based
• AI-selected audiences
This lets customers receive relevant offers without any privacy breaches.
Can I opt out of messages?
Yes.
You control notification and messaging preferences inside the Earth Points app.
What makes Earth Points different from normal loyalty programs?

Customers cannot buy Earth Points through the Earth Points app.

- Customers earn Earth Points through purchases
- Businesses may acquire Earth Points via approved exchanges for operational and gifting purposes
- Customers cannot purchase Earth Points directly from Earth AI
- A business may choose to sell them to you but that is not something we recommend or allow.
This ensures:

- Earth Points remain a reward for real economic activity, not speculation
Why can’t customers buy Earth Points?
